Ox eye daisy can often dominate  meadow for the first couple of years. Then gradually other slower to establish species will come to the fore.

It is  a very striking and attractive flower and looks particular good in amongst grasses in a meadow.

Sown from seed packets.

Sow outside in spring in well prepared soil. Do not cover the seed but water in

Sow inside in a seed tray. Do not cover the seed but water in and cover with glass. Prick out when large enough.
